Merged PRs in OpenSSL (#30437, #30452), libdragon (N64), colibri (POWER8 VSX integer-dot kernels, 12.8× int8 / 7.6× int4, plus a ppc64le build fix; #97, #98), a merged big-endian fix in Falco (CNCF graduated runtime-security project, core libsinsp engine, #3003), a merged big-endian SVG color fix in ImageMagick (#8825), and a merged big-endian test fix in Uber’s h3 (#1182).
